Campout!

CAMPOUT!

I wanted to let you know well in advance about campout so you can make any plans to help us get there if you can, chapperone if possible, and help you and your student be prepared.

Camp out is October 5th, 6th, and 7th. Every year we go on a 3 day, two night campout. These campouts are great times for the kids to build friendships, take time to relax, play games, and have fun. Activity fees cover the camp accommodations. Kids usually share tents. All weather sleeping bags are a must. Sometimes a friend can loan you one. I've put a packing list at the bottom of this email.

We will need drivers. Drivers to get us to the site on October 5th, and from the site on October 7th. All drivers and driver/chapperones need to fill out background checks, driver insurance information, and PLEASE let us know ahead of time.

Traditionally the site is about 45 minutes to an hour away.

CAMPING IS IN TENTS! Can't wait!

Example: If Jimmy is allergic to bees what do you do if he is stung. Does he carry an epi pen?

We'll be in contact with more details when we know the exact camp site.
